Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return parcel.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
