What is the minimum order quantity for bulk pricing?
To qualify for our wholesale bulk rates, we require a minimum order of 50 units per style. This allows us to provide the highest quality apparel at the lowest possible cost per unit.
How long does shipping take for large bulk orders?
Standard bulk orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. For oversized freight shipments or custom-manufactured runs, delivery may take between 10-14 business days depending on your location.
Can I request samples before placing a full bulk order?
Yes, we offer sample packs for all our garment lines. Sample costs are slightly higher than bulk pricing, but the difference is fully credited back to your account if you place a bulk order within 30 days.
What is your return policy for bulk apparel?
We accept returns on all unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to bulk returns unless the items are found to be defective.
Are your garments pre-shrunk?
Most of our cotton-based apparel is pre-shrunk during the dyeing process to ensure a consistent fit. However, we recommend following the specific care instructions on the label to minimize any natural fiber shrinkage.
Do you offer custom branding or private labeling?
Yes, we provide screen printing, embroidery, and private neck-labeling services for orders exceeding 100 units. Please contact our design team for a custom quote.
